These are general hotel policies. As they may vary per room type
Check-In 14:00 - 24/24 hours   Check-Out 12:00 - 12:00 hours

Cancellation  Policies
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All  older children charged 20 % on the room rate per night for cots.
All children or adults are charged also 25% over the room rate per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.
Pets are not allowed.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
